Is TutorLoop free for parents?
Yes. Parent accounts are always free. Parents only pay their tutor for sessions, the same as they would outside TutorLoop.
How much does it cost for tutors?
Every tutor starts with a 30-day free trial. After that, it's $25/month for up to 10 students, $49/month for 11–25 students, or $79/month for 26 or more. Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly. Cancel anytime. Parents never pay for TutorLoop.
Can I use TutorLoop with Florida's PEP program?
Yes. TutorLoop can generate itemized receipts formatted for Florida PEP (Personalized Education Program) reimbursement through Step Up For Students' EMA, and includes an optional checklist to track the Service Provider Partner process. TutorLoop doesn't determine or verify eligibility, so see the eligibility disclaimer below.
How do parents connect to their child's tutor?
When a tutor adds a student, TutorLoop creates a private invite code. The tutor shares it with the family, and the parent enters it once after creating their free account.
How do payments work?
Tutors connect their own Stripe account, and parents pay by card inside TutorLoop. Payouts go to the tutor's Stripe account. Stripe's card processing fee (about 2.9% + 30¢ per payment) is deducted from each payment at cost. TutorLoop adds no commission or markup.
When can I start using TutorLoop?

Is my information secure?
Each tutor and parent can only see the data they're connected to, enforced at the database level. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by TutorLoop. See our Privacy Policy for details.
